Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Recently we were donated tablets, and most recently we received a charging station through another project. The station requires shorter charging cables to prevent cord damage and a cluttered area. We also are in need of another charging station in order for all tablets to be charged at the same time.

We use tablets in English Language Development (ELD) class to use apps such as Rosetta Stone, Duolingo, Prodigy, and more.

Through these various apps and activities my newcomer students are able to learn speaking English in a more engaging environment!
