Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students work very hard everyday. They do their best on their assignments and they deserve rewards for working so hard. The materials in this project will help me refill my treasure box in my classroom. When students are recognized for working hard or showing appropriate behavior, they get to choose something from the treasure box. Students get very excited and are very thankful for the rewards they receive for working so hard.

Hard work pays off!

I teach my students to be intrinsically and extrinsically motivated. Students understand that they will not always get physical rewards for working hard but there will be opportunities when you are rewarded with incentives and they should enjoy them.
