This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our first year at CB is coming to an end and it has been quite memorable. To commemorate our opening and our first class of students, we would like to have a school wide mosaic of our mascot painted to display in the library for years to come. Each student, TK-6th, will have the opportunity to leave their mark at our school. A wonderful way to celebrate our unity, familia and first year together.

Students will use the paint brushes and paints to collaboratively paint our Phoenix with supervision and guidance, onto the blank canvases.
