My Project

So a document camera- huh?! This Kindergarten teacher did not know how she would feel about adding this device to her teacher toolbox but surprisingly she liked it just NOT as much as the children did watching her! Read on to see why!

It is a sight to see- a funny one at that!

I have to juggle the workbook or writing paper in one hand while the other models the work. Why you wonder! Well, you see our ELMO is sitting on our laptop cart where there is hardly any space for me to place a workbook beneath. Forget about me modeling on a single piece of paper. The Purple PVC plastic cutting boards will be the right size to place on top of my cart and allow me to extend the space. This will allow for more space to work on and model writing, math, or anything that needs extra explaining. The requested laminator will replace the recently burned-out one that has worked overtime this year as I created new centers. The magnetic bookmarks will help us when it comes time to find the correct page in our workbooks. We use our workbooks daily and although children are learning to turn pages as well as track the numbers many are struggling with this. The magnetic bookmarks will help us save valuable time as it holds our place from one day to the next allowing children to locate the right page. As for the markers, tissues and pencils these will all help to replace what we are very low on. The laptop case will replace one that can no longer do its job.
