Carpets for Kids!

Help me give my students a warm, happy, welcoming rug when they enter the library and 26 ABC carpet squares to define their sitting space on the floor.

My Project

A brand new colorful "welcome rug" at the library door will be a special spot, punctuating the students' entrance to this beautiful room. All are welcome! We are unique individuals, hardworking, helpful, and kind.

My students love coming to the library to learn new things, read, and borrow books.

The 26 rug squares will define their spots on the floor so our group lessons can take place without fuss or delay. Students will either have assigned squares, or choose one, and they will be spaced so we are safely distanced from one another and ready to learn.
