My students need the Learning Letters Activity carpet for our classroom as it will help them practice their letters and shapes as well designate a specific spot for them to sit each day during learning time.

My Students

Pre-K is such an important grade to teach as this is the child's first experience with school! The most important thing I can do for my students is to ensure their first experience of school is nothing but the best! My students LOVE coming to school.

They are a group of four-year old, high energy, girls and boys who just love life!

This year, my program is split into two programs. I have a morning class of 12 boys and 2 girls. This class keeps me going as they are full of energy! They are always on the go and they challenge me each day to keep them moving. My afternoon class is a little more balanced with 7 boys and 6 girls. This group of kiddos are highly motivated and love to learn. They are always wanting more!

My Project

My classroom is in desperate need of a nice carpet for my little learners to sit on. We love to do whole group lessons together and having a soft, comfy spot for them to sit will maximize learning results in my young learners. The letter activity carpet provides opportunity for letter recognition as well as shapes and colors! Students will have access to these learning abilities the entire time they are present in the classroom. The run also provides a square for each child to sit in. Being able to designate a student a particular letter or shape to sit on provides a routine for students during whole group time. I can spend less time finding a place for them sit and more time teaching them!
