Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is for sunglasses, caps, backpacks, bubbles, and snacks. The students have worked extremely hard all year long. The have endured rigorous preparation for their state exams and have continued to show kindness and patience with one another.

We discuss kindness and compassion daily.

This project is so students will be able to enjoy the outdoors as a way to destress. At this point in the school year, we are working more than ever on self care. These items will allow the children to take a break from their academics to focus on play and getting outdoors. We have studied the environment and are planning a class garden. The caps will shield them from the sun. The backpack will be used to carry their gardening tools. We look forward to finishing the school year strong.
