My Project

My middle schoolers are at a pivotal crossroads. In our Career Development program, they are shifting from "What do I want to be when I grow up?" to "How do I actually get there?"

My students are diverse, energetic, and curious, but many lack access to professional mentors or specialized career guidance.

They thrive on interactive, hands-on learning that connects what they do in the classroom to the "real world" waiting for them after graduation.

I am requesting gift cards for Teachers Pay Teachers to purchase high-quality, educator-created career readiness curriculum. Middle school is the perfect time for career exploration, and TpT offers innovative resources that go far beyond a standard textbook.

With these funds, I plan to acquire:

Interactive Career Simulations: Mock interview kits and "day-in-the-life" scenario cards.

Soft Skills Workshops: Engaging lessons on professional communication, digital citizenship, and time management.

STEM Career Modules: Specialized units that highlight emerging industries like Green Energy, Cybersecurity, and Biotech.

Your donation will help bridge the "opportunity gap" and ensure that every student, regardless of their background, has the tools to build a meaningful future.
