My Project

Our students love to move! We have a daily twenty minute movement time at the start of the school day. This follows the research that students achieve and engage at higher levels when they have participated in movement based activities.

Cardio desk drumming is an excellent way to keep students moving and engaged during indoor movement days!

We are focused on not only improving and supporting cardiovascular health, but also mental health. Research has shown that all are linked together. Engaging in cardio movement using pool noodles to drum and following along with music will be awesome!

We are also looking to amplify our resources to promote movement and engagement through task cards and other review games. These are found on TPT.
