This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Polaroid camera I'm requesting will ignite a spark of creativity and expression in my students' learning journey. Through hands-on photography projects, they'll develop visual storytelling skills, enhancing their communication and creativity. My goal is to provide them with tools that not only enrich their academic experience but also foster a sense of wonder and discovery. By documenting their own perspectives and experiences, they'll gain confidence in their abilities and find joy in learning. What makes my students special is their diverse backgrounds, unique talents, and unwavering enthusiasm for learning. Each one brings something valuable to our classroom community, and with the Polaroid camera, they'll have the opportunity to share their stories in a meaningful and impactful way.
