My Students

My high school students are enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated, hardworking and above all, very curious learners. They are very interested in learning biology, the science of life.

We are a high performing school, where every student strives to achieve their highest potential and become a citizen with strong science-based skills—not only in specific content areas but also with skills such as critical thinking and inquiry-based problem solving.

My goal for my students is to help them attain their academic goals, their science-based skills, be good citizens and inspire them to be lifelong learners.

My Project

Making good observations and collecting accurate data is one of the important science skills my students are learning through their labs in Biology and AP Biology.

Having access to a digital camera in the classroom allows them to use it for capturing their observations during their lab investigations.

Students can use these digital images taken during labs to analyze, interpret or revisit their observations. Students learn the valuable lesson of recording evidence from their investigations and profiling their work meticulously.

Students will finally use these digital images for journaling their work, as evidence in their written lab reports and to communicate their results through scientific presentations.
