Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Thank you for supporting art in the classroom. In our building we have a track of students where students who are learning 100% of their day in English using charts, drawings, chants, visuals and hands on to convey meaning. We go through post it pages each day when teaching in the classroom. We make anchor charts for our kids to refer back to when they are working in science, math and literacy.
Please help us get canvas boards so the kids can create a special end of the year art project in the 5th grade classrooms.
This is an essential need for our classrooms and our kids. We wouldn't be able to provide the items for our kids in the classroom with out your support. We have a few months to go before they graduate. Thank you for helping us work through to the end.
