My Students

Most of my students are English Language Learners who attends a Title I school where they all receive free lunch at school. We are an inner city school with high poverty. My students come to school every day full of life, all ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day.

Despite their shortcomings, my students are enthusiastic learners!

They are always eager to learn and have some fun! My students always strive for their best so that they can be successful one day!

My Project

I have very motivated students who love to express themselves when they write. They love going in front of an audience and presenting their work. I want to use the iPad Pro to take pictures as well as use it to upload their stories in the Digital storytelling websites that they have available. The iPad Pro is large enough for my little kiddos to maneuver and access pictures they can upload online for their digital story. They are very expressive even though they are learning to write a simple sentence. I will also be able to send these stories to their parents to view. What a wonderful way to use technology as a way to connect to the world.
