Help me give my students necessary resources to be successful! My students need proper fitting and working headphones to use with our already existing educational technology.
My students are struggling readers who need all the help and support they can get! They are working hard each day to become better readers! They are learning to read and reading to learn! We work hard together each and every day to show growth and progress with our reading! We have fun and learn at the same time! They are motivated and ready to do their very best! I work with 1st-5th graders who score below the 40th percentile. We are filling in gaps and working on missing skills. We set goals and work hard each day to accomplish them.
My Project
These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by providing them with proper fitting and working headphones to use with already existing educational technology. We have one to one technology but many of our students are not able to purchase their own headsets so we have to provide headsets for them. Headsets have to be replaced eventually so we are always having to replace headsets due to quality, age, etc. We use headphones to take benchmark assessments in reading and math and to complete any online learning games, assessments and activities. Headphones are always a needed necessity on a regular daily basis.
