My Project

My students and I need an updated audio system for our music classroom. We have worn out two older stereo receivers over 14 years. They have served us well but the volume is just not loud enough anymore.

When we have a class set of guitars, an amplified bass, keyboards, and a drum set going, we rely on play along videos to keep us together.

After we practice a song for a few weeks, the videos and PowerPoint presentations become less important, but initially we really need to be able to hear that.

I really love this speaker and its capabilities. It was chosen because it includes a mixer to connect an instrument and a microphone. I am hopeful that the hearing impaired can connect their equipment as well. These are benefits that we have not been able to enjoy with our current setup. This newer technology will be enjoyed by so many students in the coming years.
