My Project

Sensory regulation is key when it comes to being ready to learn. As an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to 22 students, I understand how important it is to teach my students safe ways to regulate.

My students would benefit greatly from the calming water sensory table and sand sensory tray.

Students would be able to self-regulate when needed.

These items would also help promote independence when they are experiencing big feelings. Having sand and water tools available in the classroom would allow for a variety of sensory experiences for my students.
