This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Sometimes our students may feel a little overwhelmed with all of the rigorous academics that we learn on a daily basis. Having a nice calming corner will help my special needs students when they need to take a break. This area will be a safe and comfortable place that our students will love and appreciate.

Our students are learning about their emotions every day and this area will help them better understand their feelings.

Our students are learning every day that their feelings are important and the importance of how to express their emotions in a positive manner.
