My Project

The students at our small school in Los Angeles are wonderful and caring. They work on their social emotional skills every day through daily Social Emotional Learning time in the mornings and throughout the day in every subject.

We want our students to have a calming area in every classroom for those times when they may need a few minutes to step away and regroup.

We are hoping these calming tools will help them in their self-management and continue to be students who exhibit joy and wellness around campus and at home.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
