This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very energetic in the classroom, especially after transitions, lunch/recess, and P.E. class. The Hatch sound machine and lighted alarm clock have several calming and relaxing sounds that can be played while the students come in after these activities. It will be used to help them relax and calm down for class and be better prepared to complete their classwork.

Students will benefit from the use of this device's soothing sounds from the sound machine that resembles anything from white noise to rainfall after coming in from recess, P.E.

class, or transitioning classes.
