My Project

My students are middle and high school students who are in an alternative education placement. When they get to me they have been through so much that on top of teaching we are working on setting them up for success. They are met with so many challenges before they even get to school, but still come to learn and grow. I try and mange their behaviors with calm spaces to allow them the freedom to understand that outside stressors can get the better of you sometimes, but regroup and come to instruction.
