My Project

I would love to create a calm environment in my room where students learn to regulate their emotions while still learning reading and writing skills. Many students have different needs and all of them are still working on their social emotional skills, so having a stock of fidget bands and strips would benefit our classroom.

I've noticed that many of my students do not have craft supplies like markers, glue sticks, or composition notebooks.

They have really enjoyed working doing hands-on activities with their interactive notebooks, and I want to make sure every child has access to these resources. I've done what I can with my personal budget, but as a middle school teacher, I have struggled to provide for all of them on my own.
