My Students

Our classroom is full of learning and fun. My students love to read and play games. We need more classroom storage and organization!

Our classroom has 25 diverse learners.

Our classroom is a newcomer classroom filled with students excited to learn. Our biggest challenge is to make sure that all students have access to materials that are just right for them. Students need more access to books and resources. We love reading and learning all about the world around us! We also love working with technology.

My Project

My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in reading. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. Students in my classroom like to read many different genres of books. My school media center doesn't have a large collection of books, so I would like to have books that will hold their interests and keep them reading in my classroom.

Struggling readers will often pick up a book that looks interesting to them because the pictures and visuals are less intimidating than a typical book.

Students who read these books find reading fun and begin to read more for enjoyment! Helping students begin to learn that reading is fun is perfect way to build better readers. Multicultural books are a gateway to better reading skills for reluctant readers. My students will love getting their hands on new books!
