My Project

Our middle schoolers are energetic, creative, and eager to leave a positive mark on their school community. For many, joining our Beautification and Gardening Club is their first opportunity to connect directly with nature, learn how plants grow, and take pride in transforming their school environment into a vibrant, welcoming space.

We are seeking funding to establish a student-led Beautification and Gardening Club on our campus.

Through this project, students will design, plant, and maintain garden beds, flower patches, and outdoor green spaces across our campus. To make this vision a reality, we need essential gardening tools and supplies, including:

Quality hand tools, shovels, and gloves so students can dig, weed, and plant safely. Soil, compost, and organic fertilizers to create healthy growing conditions. A variety of seeds, vegetable starts, and native perennials that will attract pollinators and bring year-round color to our campus.

This project is about much more than just planting flowers—it’s about growing student leaders. Working in the garden teaches our middle schoolers responsibility, patience, teamwork, and environmental stewardship. It also provides a peaceful, therapeutic outdoor space where students can decompress, build positive relationships with peers, and take real ownership of their school community.
