I am wanting to slowly start providing color graphing calculators for my class. I have independently started acquiring the TI-84 Plus CE Graphing Calculator to help with coding different lines and concepts in color.
My desire is to provide my students with the tools they need for math success but I need help in doing so!
My class is designed to provide students with extra practice in fundamental Algebra skills to improve their chances of understanding for future math classes as well as state testing. Providing them with the color screen will help in distinguishing the different graphs as well as motivation as they are just 'cooler' looking. We teachers try everything we can to motivate and engage and this is how I'm trying to help my students grow!
