Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are naturally curious, creative, and eager to learn through hands-on experiences. As a technology teacher serving PreK-5 students, I strive to provide engaging opportunities that help them develop critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while exploring the world of coding and robotics.

The robotics resources in this project will allow students to learn computational thinking through hands-on challenges that make coding both accessible and exciting.

Students will use screenless coding tools, programmable robots, and interactive STEM activities to develop foundational coding skills while building confidence in their ability to create, innovate, and solve real-world problems.

These resources will support learners at various developmental levels, allowing younger students to explore sequencing and logic while older students tackle more advanced programming concepts. By providing engaging robotics experiences, students will strengthen communication, perseverance, creativity, and teamwork skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.

With your support, our Cadets will have the opportunity to explore technology in meaningful ways and develop the skills needed to become the innovators, creators, and problem-solvers of tomorrow.
