My Project

My classroom is an Early Childhood Special education setting with students that have a wide array of disabilities. My little friends are busy bees and our mornings are spent decompressing and transitioning into the school setting. We use "busy bins" to promote student choice and independent play while students are starting their day.

In order to keep my students engaged, we try to rotate busy bins often and include activities that help with sensory needs and fine motor skills.

The bookshelf and storage bins will help us create a more functional busy bin setting and allow my students new and exciting choices.
