My Project
My students are a lively and joyful bunch! We begin everyday with a Good Thing and a daily affirmation. Despite several hardships, my students faithfully attend class excited about the day's events. They want to be in school and I want to instill a love of learning in their hearts and minds that will stick with them for a lifetime. When it's cold outside, student's heads, ears, and hands are most prone to cold exposure. With the extremely cold weather approaching it can cause hypothermia and frostbite as students are walking to and from school. By providing students with hats and gloves to wear, students will be able to keep warm while walking to school to engage in positive learning experiences.
Books play an essential role in every student's life by introducing them to a world of imagination, providing knowledge of the outside world, improving their reading, writing, and speaking skills, as well as boosting memory and intelligence.
Providing students with a book that they are allowed to read at home will help them with practicing to become fluent readers. Help me provide students with items that will keep them warm, build their own home library, and continue keeping learning materials protected for daily usage.
