My Students
My students range from the ages of 5 to 12, are dedicated to living healthy lifestyles, love to play games, and most importantly have fun! They attend a wonderful school with teachers who want to best for them, and they strive to do better and be better from the support of the staff.
This year our theme for Physical Education is focused on adventure, health and physical literacy.
Physical literacy is a fancy way of saying you know how to be physically active, and that you enjoy being physically active. Health for our students is the greatest wealth, and the most important key to living as many adventures as possible.
My Project
Your donation to this project will help over 600 students in my school learn a new skill, and get them moving by playing a game of Slammo that many of them have never played before. I always try to expose my students to a variety of games, and this is one that I know they are going to love!
With your help, I can get my students on the right track to living active and healthy lives.
Slammo is an action packed 2-on-2 volleyball style game where teams have 3 hits to return or spike the ball to the circular net, which truly makes it fun for everyone!
Teaching the students the importance of trying new activities, will help them to continue doing so throughout their lives. Students will also benefit from this new equipment for many years to come.
