Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are full of energy, teamwork, and school spirit. They love being active, working together, and turning every school event into a memory they will never forget. I love how they support one another, cheer each other on, and show excitement whenever they have the chance to learn outside of the traditional classroom setting.

These outdoor games will help create fun, engaging opportunities for students to build teamwork, leadership, and communication skills while staying active.

Tug-of-war ropes will teach cooperation and perseverance, race bands and sack race games will promote balance, coordination, and friendly competition, and BasketPong will encourage strategy, movement, and team bonding. These resources will make field days, school events, and outdoor activities more meaningful while helping students develop confidence, sportsmanship, and positive social connections.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
