Building Success With Strong Base

Help me give my students kettlebells, bungees, and tape measures, that they need to train and compete.

My Project

My athletes are training to be bigger, stronger and faster in their quest to be the best they can be in track and field. This is a sport that requires athletes to perform at the peak of their athletic ability for just a few moments in time.

The kettlebells will be used by our athletes to increase their strength and explosiveness.

They will also be used to train their balance to help them to become more complete athletes. In turn, they will be able to run faster, jump higher and throw farther.

The tape measures will help our athletes to find their starting marks for jumps and throws. They can also measure thee distance for each attempt.

Finally, the bungees will be used by my athletes to train overspeed to increase their running speed.
