Building Stronger Athletes Through Volleyball Conditioning

My Project

Our middle school volleyball team is dedicated to improving their skills, teamwork, and athletic performance. To compete successfully and safely throughout the season, our student-athletes need access to conditioning equipment that will help them build strength, agility, endurance, and coordination. We are requesting essential training resources that will support our volleyball conditioning program and help our athletes reach their full potential.

These resources will help players improve footwork, develop core strength, build endurance, and reduce the risk of injury.

Conditioning equipment will also allow coaches to create engaging training stations that maximize practice time and provide individualized opportunities for growth.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
