This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting an annual subscription to Super Duper Publications’ HearBuilder software, a research-based program that targets essential listening and language skills for up to 40 students in grades Pre-K and up.

HearBuilder includes four programs—Following Directions, Phonological Awareness, Auditory Memory, and Sequencing—and can be used simultaneously on multiple computers and iPads.

As a school-based speech-language pathologist, I use this software to individualize therapy, adjust difficulty levels, add background noise to mirror real classroom environments, and keep students highly engaged.

The program allows me to monitor progress, track data, and generate customizable reports, ensuring therapy is effective, goal-driven, and aligned with IEP requirements. This subscription will support students with speech and language impairments, auditory processing challenges, and learning disabilities throughout the entire school year.

This cost-effective resource will provide long-term benefits by strengthening the listening, language, and literacy skills students need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
