Distance and proximity don’t have to be a hindrance to learning. Having access to both high and low technologies (e.g, iPad, document camera, etc.) will allow my students multiple options to engage in sensory-rich activities that cater to various learning styles for a well-rounded virtual educational experience. With virtual mouse control on different platforms, students can actually manipulate the iPad screen to play educational games and write on shared worksheets with the document camera. Even from the comfort of home, speech therapy has never been more hands-on and fun!
