This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Many of my students show interest in building their financial literacy, soft/job skills, and social skills which are essential to being a productive member of society after high school. Activities will help students strengthen skills they may already have, but build skills that are needed.

By using these workbooks and engaging in the activities, students will gain lifelong knowledge to use throughout their lives after high school.

My students specifically ask to learn more about finances and money management to help them be better prepared once they graduate. Using the scenarios provided in some of the workbooks will also assist my students in growing their problem-solving skills within the workplace and in their relationships with loved ones and peers.
