My Project

The goal of this project is to create a new exciting selection of books for my students. We want to increase the circulation and an excitement for reading.

My students are 3-5 graders, they love to read and explore new topics.

Our current collection of books are so old, worn and tattered that many are held together by layers of tape. In the current book collection 75% of the books are over 20 years old. I would love to be able to provide new books for our students to read.

I have also requested three shelf units to hold the additional books. Giving me the opportunity to "showcase" the new books.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
