Building Middle School STEM Minds One Block At A Time

Help me give my students an engaging, hands-on STEM twist on a favorite old-time activity - creating and constructing with building blocks (Keva Planks).

My Project

A STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) class is a project-based learning, curiosity-driven, inquiry-based, engaging, and hands-on approach to teaching students while also exciting them and making learning FUN!

Help my students learn by doing - there is no limit to what kids can create when their imagination sets the limits when they can be inspired and inspiring; KEVA planks make an ideal tool for imaginative activities and transform a wide variety of topics into kinesthetic learning adventures.

Learners of all ages, from infants to adults alike, love to imagine, build and create with building blocks - from wooden blocks to LEGO kits, models, and beyond. These KEVA planks will bring the joy of simply making it into my STEM classroom and be a great equalizer. Students of varying abilities can find success quickly. KEVA planks gently nudge artistic minds toward science while motivating scientific, mathematically minded students to think more artistically.

My students will benefit from these KEVA planks by advancing their learning through curiosity, collaboration, using the engineering design process, and creative thinking. This classroom set of KEVA planks will mean more students are hands-on and engaged at once and will help create a different level of learning.

By donating to our project, you will help improve and increase student attention, focus, and excitement and ultimately help increase their interest in STEM fields. You may be helping fund the world's future great engineers, scientists, mathematicians, etc.!
