My Project

I have been blessed with a class of kind students. The struggle I do face is having my EL students communicate confidently when partnered up with English speaking students. I have been fostering friendships to help make our classroom feel safe for everyone to communicate freely. I noticed that at recess when they are running around, it is easy for them to express themselves through play. I want to bring that into my classroom!

By introducing STEM building kits into the classroom, students will have the opportunity to work together and share ideas on how to build with the materials.

I would also like to make Word Walls around our room to utilize unused space on the walls. White board adhesive and dry erase markers will make this possible to students to write the words themselves.
