My Project

STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) has become a critical component of elementary education, and yet the resources and materials are few and far between. Having the magnet tiles and Keva blocks will give my young scholars the opportunity to think creatively while collaborating with their peers. When students engage in STEM activities they build skills including innovation, creativity, problem solving skills and communication. Students also have the the opportunity to develop a growth mindset and grit. A growth mindset includes working towards a goals, learning from mistakes, and persistence while embracing new and exciting challenges,
