My Students

I am a Speech Language Pathologist working in a school with children in preschool through third grade. Speech is such an exciting group of mixed interests, abilities, and goals. Every student is working on their own goals, at their individual levels.

My classroom is about building children’s speech and language skills to help them be successful communicators.

My students work on a wide range of skills from leaning how to say a sound correctly to my preschoolers who are learning how to talk.

My Project

In speech every child works on their own goals to help foster good communication. Expanding a child’s vocabulary carries over into his or her written and oral expression. The items in this project will allow my students to learn vocabulary skills such as categorization, synonyms, antonyms, associations, and so much more.

It is my goal to help all my students improve their language skills by expanding their vocabulary.

By donating to this project you are offering my students the opportunity to expand the basic skills that will impact them in all areas of their life. The larger vocabulary they have the more they can express.
