In speech every child works on their own goals to help foster good communication. When working on their speech sound production, all the children love moving up our articulation ladder. They especially love when they get to the reading level. They are all so excited to get to read as their speech work. The books in my classroom get used by a diverse population of children of varying ages and reading levels. It is my goal to build a high quality library that can be used by all ages and reading levels. Currently our classroom is lacking in lower level books, and a place to store them. By donating to this project you are offering my students the opportunity to expand our speech library. It will help students all have books at their level to practice their sounds.
