Building a Classroom

My students need to have a place to store their books in the classroom and to have a way to take them home safely.

My Students

My kindergarten class is filled with eager learners. Every day they surprise me in their learning with their insight and their ability to make connections across the curriculum. They are constantly celebrating each other's victories when it comes to their learning.

I believe students can reach their best self in their learning when they have access to the resources they need.

There are no limits to my students' learning, as long as I keep providing them with many opportunities to grow.

My Project

I am starting my second year teaching kindergarten. I am still building my resources for my classroom. As a teacher I am always looking for resources to help me best deliver instruction to my students.

My students needs their own book boxes to store the leveled books they are reading in class.

My students also need totes, they also need a way to take home their books to and from school.

I will use my various pocket charts and pocket chart stand to teach small group and whole group lessons. The pockets charts will be used to display examples of work.
