Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Help support our flag team! Started in 2023, our school flag team relies solely on funding from community programs. Many of our kids, and our program are unable to afford the bare necessities we need to feel like a team.
Our team focuses on numerous different core values that are highlighted in this donation:
1. Fostering Team Spirit: Equipping our team with gear that makes them feel like a team is important. When our players step onto the field in matching accessories, they can feel like a team. It is our goal that our kids not only represent themselves but embody the collective strength and spirit of our community.
2. Promoting Health and Fitness: Flag football is more than just a game; it's a gateway to a healthier lifestyle. By investing in proper equipment, you're investing in the health and well-being of our youth.
