The odor beads have kept my room smelling fresh and helps create a clean classroom environment for everyone to feel ready to learn. \r\n\r\nWhen we received the materials from this project, my students were extremely thankful and appreciated the fact that others care about them having a clean place to learn. \r\n\r\nOur next steps for this project are to maintain our clean classroom and for students to take more ownership of how their actions affect everyone - when they write on the tables, others must clean this off; when they are sick, they must use the hand sanitizer to keep others healthy. The Spanish graphic novels are even better for some of my boys who are reluctant readers. For the students who have yet to pick up a book from our new collection of donations, and are still reading other titles from my classroom library, the impact is still felt by them too, because they see that they have a teacher who puts their needs first and does her best to make them happy and interested in reading. They know that I see them, and I hear them, and that I respect them enough to put my effort into finding the right materials to keep their interest. \r\nAnd the truth is, I couldn't have done it without you and your donations.
