This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The color-changing table will give my students a surface for building and exploring. In addition, it will encourage the development of a wide range of skills, including fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, prewriting skills, color recognition, and more.

This table will enhance literacy, math, and writing skills with a fun and playful approach.

Also, the students in my class will learn to explore the properties of color and light using translucent manipulatives. The light table will be a valuable asset in our classroom and an inviting learning space for my excellent students.
