This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items that I am requesting are to provide a gateway to excellence. Part of the District music initiative is to create an elementary to high school feeder program. My school directly feeds two middle schools, and from the middle school program, they have a choice to go to other schools with band programs. These reeds, as well as grease and neck straps, will help support our students to branch out into other areas of New York City. With your support, our students will become lifelong lovers of music and the arts.
