My Project

I have an AMAZING group of first graders who have been working very hard this year. I would love to send them off at the end of the school year with a sand bucket filled with tools to keep them learning throughout the summer break.

I am hoping that by providing these items, the students and their families will be encouraged to spend time outdoors and get creative with ways to continue learning during the summer.

The dice will be used to play math games. The chalk will be used to practice spelling words and sight words on the sidewalk. The bug nets will be used so they can explore the outdoors and get some fun hands-on experiences. The jump rope is to help the kids continue to exercise throughout the summer months.

I am confident that the students will be thrilled to receive these items and it will keep them motivated to learn all summer long!
