Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This past week, one of my students missed 3 days of school because she needed to have every one of her teeth pulled. So many of my students have cavities and capped teeth. This project will fund books about teeth brushing, a tooth brush, and a toothpaste for each of my students. We will invite a dentist to come and teach us how to use the brushes and we will talk as a class about the importance of daily brushing. I know families will appreciate the brushes and toothpastes too.

In addition to tooth brushes, your donation will also fund exciting new math games for our kindergarten class.

My students will love playing cards and bingo, while mastering their number recognition.
