My Project

My K-5 ESL students are some of the most resilient and curious learners I know. They arrive each day bridging cultural gaps with smiles and a genuine eagerness to master a new language. To support their journey, I am requesting tools that address both their academic and social-emotional needs. Headsets with microphones will allow them to practice speaking and engage with digital literature without distraction, building the confidence they need to find their voices. Markers and pencils are essential for visual storytelling—a vital step before they have every English word—while notebooks will serve as personal journals for their growing vocabularies. To keep these materials safe, storage bins and pouches will help them build independence and a sense of ownership over their learning space. Finally, reward stickers will celebrate their hard-won milestones, turning every small victory into a boost of confidence. Your support helps these incredible children see that their growth is valued and their potential is limitless.
