My Students

I have a class full of amazing students who are excited about learning. They are self-motivated, goal-driven, and always eager to learn. They are extremely motivated in using technology in the classroom to further their learning.

I work diligently to create a positive, engaging classroom, where every student can be successful, no matter their individual struggles.

My goal of being a teacher is to help every student be successful in the classroom.

My students are eager learners and work hard to obtain their goals in the classroom. I have students that live in all different types of family units with varying economic statuses.

My Project

In my Science and Social Studies we have been studying animals, geography, communtities, and biographies. We have been watching videos and looking at pictures to learn about them. There are many VR videos out there that would allow my students to really view these animals and land forms up close and personal.

Rather than just learning about another part of the world, I want to bring another part of the world into my classroom.

The use of the VR headsets would bring the world into our classroom and add that “wow” factor into the lesson.

It also will allow them to interact with a great cutting-edge technology. VR is becoming more important in the classroom and I want to start using VR in everyday lessons.

I have no doubt that the headsets would take the lesson to another level and add an learning experience that would never be forgotten.
