Bringing More Color to 3rd Grade

Help me give my students new ink for our classroom colored printer so they can print projects and ther resources.

My Project

In this project, I am asking for ink for our colored printer for several class projects we are doing this year. Typing is a huge skill we work on because students have to type for state testing. This year, I want to make sure students can print and create materials to hang on the bulletin board for more to see. Writing is such a hard subject to teach because most students have a negative feeling towards it. I hope that making it more of a show case and allowing students to add graphics when appropriate will really help to improve student performance in the subject area.

I am asking for help to bring student work to the spotlight.Students also work on research projects in groups this year (it was VERY popular last year) and this printer would help to print those projects that they get to then keep forever.

I am also asking for hour glass timers so students can self monitor their time on required school programs like Exact Path. Independence is a huge skill we work on now that students are in the intermediate grades of elementary school. I believe self regulation will benefit students attitude and Time management.
